Bren Inyang believes in the functionality of design, which should reflect the culture of the desired goal with a strong hope for the future of African infrastructural development. Bren has consulted in the Creative Industry for over 27 years in Lagos, Nigeria and has been involved in Design Thinking, Architectural Solutions and Brand Consultancy for major corporate organizations, multinationals, and individuals businesses. He is a distinction graduate of Creative Design, School of Art Design and Technology, Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria and Duke University, Durham, North Carolina in Innovation and Critical Thinking. Bren has an unquenchable passion for landscape development, interior design and Architectural way finding solutions, majorly in the hospitality and medical research spaces. He has mentored and sponsored young creative minds that are now professionals in their respective creative fields.
Mike has more than 18 years cognate experience in banking cutting across Customer Service, Credit, Risk Management and Marketing, etc. He worked in UBA in the Credit and Marketing Unit where he stayed from 2001 to 2009. He was head hunted by Oceanic International Bank PLC now Eco Bank PLC as Branch Manager, he later became Cluster Head, Local Corporate Banking in charge of Akwa Ibom State and Cross River. In March 2015, he was appointed Branch Business Head. Michael Adewole is an HND holder in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic and also holds an MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University. He is an associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Bankers of Nigeria and an Accredited Management Trainer (CMD)
Otto Brendan is an Architect and a prolific CGI artist in 3D Animation, still and motion graphics, visualization and concept development. In the last 15 years, he has developed skills that have made him a detail oriented problem solver. He is the CEO of Brennot Design Studio with specialty in numerous CGI software including AUTOCAD, 3D Studio Max, V Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Model Making, REVIT, Cinema 4D, Arnold, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects. He holds a Bachelor’s and Masters of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Uyo. He has been involved in Project design coordination and supervision of various residential and office developments including Concept development and design of urban Master Plan in various cities in Nigeria.
Arc. Bayo Akinbode (MNIA)
Arc. Bayo Akinbode possesses over 30 years experience practicing as an Architect in the Building/Construction Industry where he specializes in Contract Administration, Project Management, as well as landscaping and Urban Renewal. He has a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) and Master of Science (MSc.) Degrees from the Prestigious University of Ife (now OAU), as well as the Nigeria Institute of Architects (NIA) .Over the years Arc. Bayo Akinbode has worked for Prestigious Firms. He is passionate about creativity and the power of design. He has successfully executed a large number of high-end Design and Construction Projects for Private Individuals, Corporate Bodies and Federal/State/Local Governments. Arc. Bayo Akinbode is an Executive Director and the Co-founder of METROVISTA LIMITED; a Construction Firm which specializes in General Construction and Contracting. Over the past few years, Arc. Bayo Akinbode has become a Coach deeply involved in NETWORK MARKETING .He is extremely passionate about Youth Development and Empowerment and he’s committed to helping people begin planning for their future, starting from today.
ikechi C. Odigbo
Ike is an innovation professional with over 30 years 3-lane experience in Creative Development, General Management and Education Development. Ike’s core strengths are in creative strategy, organizational strategy, and building high performance teams. Under Ike’s leadership as Executive Creative Director (2003-2009) DDB rose to creative dominance as a top 3 creative Agency; Under his watch as COO, the Agency won the DDB Worldwide Impact Award for Operational Innovation in 2010; As CEO for the past 8 years, DDB Lagos has been consistently rated a top 8 agency based on the global staff VOICE survey conducted annually by PwC across DDB Agencies in over 196 countries. Ike recently transited from his role as the Group Managing Director of DDB West & Central Africa and Vice Chairman of the Casers Group to establish Flow Universal Solutions, an innovations consulting firm. Ike is the current President of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN); A member of Adweek Africa, Advisory Board, the recent past Chairman of the Lagos Advertising and Ideas Festival (LAIF Awards); a past member of the Advertising Standards Panel, APCON; and immediate past Chairman of the board of the SPV OMNICOM consortium for MTN Nigeria.
Arc. (Mrs.) Yinka Williams (nee Fola-Alade)
Arc. (Mrs.) Yinka Williams (nee Fola-Alade) studied Architecture at the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, after which she joined her Father’s Architectural practice, Fola Alade Associates in 1987. Yinka Williams has had a vast and interesting multi-faceted thirty-four year career in Architecture spanning across Consultancy, Interior, Landscape, Design & Build, Marketing, Media, Project Management, and also Research and Development. She is a Roofing and Ceiling specialist. Owing to her experience in Architecture and related fields she has handled Residential & Planning projects, Office buildings, Industrial complexes, Commercial projects, Educational facilities, Healthcare facilities, Hotels, Showrooms, Recreational facilities, Religious and Institutional buildings. Arc. (Mrs.) Yinka Williams has managed and run Fola Alade Associates, founded by her Father in 1981. She is a member of the Building Committee of the umbrella organization of her local Church, the Freedom Foundation. She is the South West Coordinator of the Coalition of the Societies for the Rights of Older Persons in Nigeria (COSROPIN). She is a member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Architects and the Female Architects of Nigeria. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Environmental Design of Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Ikeji Arakeji in Osun State.
Ugo-Abu-Nwa Oseola Cletus
A versatile and prolific Artist woodworker who started training in the 80’s from the Studios of the late and famous British trained Sculptor Ben Osawe and Eddy Igbinosa, a Bini traditional woodworker, from 1982-1986. After the informal wood carving and apprenticeship training, Cletus proceeded to Yaba College of Technology, Yaba Lagos ,Nigeria, where he studied Fine Art from 1987 —1992. He trained in Italian on sculpture and marble works technique from 1999—2002. His works are in many public and private collections globally. Yugos is based in Cyrenaica Benghazi. He teaches Art, Craft and Design at the International School Benghazi, as well as African traditional art, at the College of Architecture and Urbanism.
Adedapo Paul Akintunde, the Managing Director of Ivixi Design Movement Ltd., studied Architecture at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), graduating with distinction in his final year design studio presentation. While there, he was also known for his artistic talent and went on to study Vehicle Design at the Royal College of Arts, London, graduating in 1994. After studying car designing and working in the UK for some time, he returned to Nigeria and to architecture, rising to become the Group Creative Design Director of Design Union Consulting and a director of several other architectural establishments. Akintunde is also an author, and his writings feature on several architectural blogs and well-known social media platforms
Ezzine Kufre-Ekanem (Mrs)
Mrs. Kufre-Ekanem is an alumna of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, the Lagos Business School and the Strathmore Business School Kenya. Ezinne worked in the advertising industry at Sunrise D’Arcy and SO&U Saatchi & Saatchi, Literamed Limited and as a Fund Manager at Cash Affairs Finance, Kaduna. She started her own business, Rosemary’s – The Soft Furnishing Company in 2002 with a total fund of N22, 000.00 and a prayer; Voted Nigeria’s Most Creative Business of the Year 2007 at the Success Digest Enterprise Awards and Africa’s Best-In-Class Furniture/Interior Decoration Company of the Year at the African Brand Leadership Merit Awards 2017 & 2019 with a trail of innovations as further signposts of its mettle. Ezinne is a Member of the Interior Design Association of Nigeria (IDAN), Woman Dare to Dream Foundation (WDDF), African Women in Leadership Organization (AWLO) and is Founder of Sistas Kippas, a group of women dedicated to empowering young women to discover and fulfill their true potentials
